Pre-Interview Rehearsal Checklist
This page has one purpose: run the complete workflow once in the real environment before the interview. For installation, permissions, and individual shortcuts, use Quick Start and the 5-Minute Pre-Interview Check.
Best practice
Use the computer, headset, meeting app, sharing mode, and Interview Plan you will use in the real round. Fixing a problem during rehearsal is faster than troubleshooting it live.
One rehearsal in three steps
Load the round’s setup
Select the Interview Plan in Desktop and confirm that language, model, Interview Materials, and screenshot mode loaded. Without a plan, select the candidate, role, and supporting material sets directly.
Run one realistic question loop
Use Cmd/Ctrl + M for a spoken question, then Cmd/Ctrl + H to capture and submit one on-screen prompt. Press Cmd/Ctrl + D once to change the answer direction; if a spoken follow-up arrives, press Cmd/Ctrl + 1 to return to Voice Ask.
Check sharing and stealth behavior
Start sharing or recording exactly as the host will. Confirm that the helper and its content stay local, mouse passthrough, hidden keyboard events, opacity controls, and Eye Contact (if used) behave as expected.

If you have only five minutes
Follow the 5-Minute Pre-Interview Check, then submit one Voice Ask and one Screenshot Ask. Avoid switching models, remapping shortcuts, or adding a large batch of new material at the last minute.
