Terms of Service

For clarity, the following terms are used in this Agreement:

• "Agreement" means these Terms and referenced policies.
• "Services" means the products, platform features, and related capabilities provided by Interview AiBox.
• "Software" means client software used to access the Services.
• "Service Plan" means the packaged plan and included features shown on pricing or checkout pages.
• "Subscription Period" means the paid billing cycle (for example weekly, monthly, yearly).
• "Free Services" means service functionality made available at no charge, subject to limits.
• "Customer Data" means data you submit, upload, or authorize us to process.
• "Usage Data" means diagnostic and usage-related data from operation of the Services.
• "Customer Chosen Third-Party Product" means third-party products you choose to connect.
• "Beta Services" means alpha, beta, preview, early access, or evaluation features.
• "Force Majeure Event" means events beyond reasonable control that prevent performance.

By downloading, installing, registering, purchasing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and referenced policies.

If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent you are authorized to bind that organization.

Subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services.

The Services are licensed, not sold. No rights are granted except those expressly stated.

Interview AiBox provides interview preparation and live-assistance capabilities, including free and paid offerings.

Features may change over time, including additions, updates, limits, or deprecations.

The Services may include downloadable client software. You may install and use it only as permitted under this Agreement.

Software may update automatically. Open-source components remain governed by their applicable open-source licenses.

You may choose to interoperate with third-party products. Those products are not controlled by us and are used at your own risk.

Data exchanges between you and third-party products are governed by your relationship with those third parties.

Free Services are offered with usage limits and may require upgrade or additional resources once limits are reached.

Free Services are provided on an as-is basis and may be modified, limited, suspended, or discontinued.

You retain rights in Customer Data. You are responsible for ensuring you have lawful rights to submit and authorize processing of that data.

You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, secure, support, and improve the Services, and to comply with legal obligations.

Some features rely on AI models. Outputs may be probabilistic and can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case.

You are responsible for human review and decisions made based on AI outputs.

You are responsible for account security and lawful use of the Services.

• Keep account credentials secure and do not share unauthorized access.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, benchmark without authorization, or disrupt service integrity.
• Do not use the Services for unlawful, infringing, abusive, or malicious activities.

Fees are shown on pricing and checkout pages. Paid plans are generally billed in advance for the selected period.

If a plan includes auto-renewal, charges may continue for successive billing periods unless canceled before renewal.

Our Privacy Policy at /privacy is part of these Terms and governs personal information handling.

We and our licensors own all rights in the Services, platform, software, documentation, and related materials.

You retain rights in your content, subject to the limited license required for us to provide the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation, or fitness for your specific purpose.

This Agreement starts on first access or purchase and continues while your account or subscription is active.

We may suspend or terminate access for breaches, legal requirements, or security risk. Upon termination, licenses end immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

Our aggregate liability is generally limited to fees paid (or payable) for the applicable Services in the 12 months before the claim event.

Neither party is liable for delay or non-performance caused by force majeure events, except payment obligations.

The parties are independent contractors. These Terms form the entire agreement for the Services and supersede prior understandings.

If any term is unenforceable, remaining terms stay effective. Assignment requires consent except lawful transfers such as mergers or affiliates.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, security, or product changes.

Continued use after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
