What is Interview AiBox?
Interview AiBox transcribes interview questions and suggests answers using the conversation and your selected materials. You can also capture on-screen questions for code, diagrams, or written assessments.
It is not limited to software engineering or technical rounds. It also supports behavioral, product, case-study, phone, video, and online assessment scenarios.
The simplest way to choose
Use Screenshot Ask when the question is on screen, Voice Ask when it comes from the conversation, and prepare Interview Materials or load an Interview Plan when the answer should reflect your experience or the role.

From preparation to review
Prepare your materials
Improve your resume in Resume Center, turn confirmed experience and the target JD into Interview Materials, then add only the knowledge relevant to this round.
Create the plan
In Interview Planning, set the company, role, time, language, and reminder, then link the materials for this interview.
Load the plan and complete the interview
After Desktop loads the plan, choose Voice Ask or Screenshot Ask based on the source of the question. Use shortcuts to switch views, answer modes, and window state when needed.
Review the round
Open Interview Review afterward and start with the lowest-scoring dimension and its original transcript evidence.
How to use live transcription
- Open Desktop, confirm the microphone and meeting-audio sources, and start listening.
- The voice panel transcribes the conversation in real time. Submit Voice Ask when the question is complete.
- Press
Cmd/Ctrl + Hanytime to capture an on-screen question. PressCmd/Ctrl + 1to return to the voice view.
