Installation
This is the direct installation reference. For the complete first-use flow, continue to Quick Start.
System requirements

The app can run even when a specific audio path is unavailable
macOS 11 is the minimum client version. If the interview requires capturing meeting-app system audio, use macOS 13 or later and rehearse once on the actual platform.
Download and install
- Open the official Download page.
- Choose macOS or Windows.
- After installation, launch Interview AiBox from the system application list.
Use only packages from the official site. Do not install copies from unknown file shares or third-party download sites.
macOS
- Move the app to Applications.
- On first launch, open System Settings → Privacy & Security when prompted.
- Enable Accessibility for the current app.
- Enable Screen & System Audio Recording when those workflows are needed.
- Quit the app completely and reopen it.
Authorization after changes
A macOS update, new build, reinstall, or moving the .app can require authorization again. Confirm the permission entry belongs to the copy that is currently running.
Windows
- Run the official installer.
- If enterprise policy or security software blocks it, verify the source and signature, then contact your administrator or support.
- Current releases normally require no browser extension.
- After sign-in, test
Ctrl+B,Ctrl+M,Ctrl+H, andCtrl+Enter.
Post-install check
- Sign-in works and Settings opens.
- Voice produces live transcript.
- Screenshot captures the correct display or region.
- Shortcuts do not conflict with the input method, IDE, or meeting app.
- Account, plan, and version status are available.
